As Senior Vice President of Development Services, Raif Webster is responsible for the successful completion of projects in the Ohio Valley region. Raif is a Registered Land Architect and a Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design (LEED) Accredited Professional, as designated by the US Green Building Council. He has more than 24 years of experience in real estate construction and development. He is an expert in land entitlements, project planning, architectural design, preconstruction, project management, scheduling, and contracting.

At VanTrust, Raif applies his expertise in architecture and environmental design to transform construction and development projects into best-in-class enterprise strategies. Currently, he is working on a variety of product types and projects in Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky, and South Carolina. Prior to joining VanTrust, Raif served as System Director of Design and Construction for OhioHealth, where he managed all design and construction activities for the largest health system in central Ohio. Additionally, Raif spent twelve years at Duke Realty Corporation overseeing similar commercial development projects. Throughout his career, Raif has completed a variety of successful projects, including office, industrial, medical, retail, and mixed-use developments.

Raif possesses a Bachelor of Science in Landscape Architecture from The Ohio State University. He has lectured on land acquisition and development for the Fisher College of Business MBA program at The Ohio State University. Raif is an active member and former President of the Central Ohio Chapter of NAIOP.
